Joined ICLC in 1994. Mr. Zubarev supervises the company's major projects performed for federal and regional authorities and coordinates work with construction companies.

Mr. Zubarev is a member of the Council on valuation activities of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and an expert of the Property Committee of the State Duma of the RF Federal Assembly.
