• Audit department uniting specialized audit divisions rendering services on confirming financial statements credibility according to the Russian and international standards for enterprises of different branches of economy;
• Subscriber-based service department specialized in consultation services in the field of accounting and taxation, legal services on all issues of business support, including regulation of taxation and economic disputes;
• Management and IT-consulting department rendering business development-oriented services – strategic management of a company (holding), finance management, designing an enterprise control and accounting system, IT-consulting. One of ICLC affiliate companies is a partner in the network “1S: Franchising” on providing complex services on automating accounting and management tasks based on the program “1S: Enterprise”.

Also, ICLC specializes in providing appraisal and educational services.
